PK111 Privacy Policy for a Site That Holds No Accounts
This is a short policy because this site collects very little.
There is no PK111 account here, no cashier, and no deposit or withdrawal to protect, so most of what a typical privacy policy has to cover simply does not apply.
What is collected automatically
Every request to load a page on this site passes through the servers that deliver it, and those servers keep the same kind of request log any website keeps: the page requested, an IP address, a browser identifier and a timestamp. This site is hosted on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, which handles that logging at the platform level.
If this site runs an analytics tool, it reports aggregate, anonymous patterns, such as which pages are read and which page sent a visitor here. It is not built to identify one visitor by name, and no page asks a reader to sign in before it can be read.
What is not collected
No account exists to register for, so no username, password or account email is collected. No payment ever passes through this site, so no card number, e-wallet detail or transaction history is stored here. Nothing about a reader’s PK111 balance or betting history is visible to this site, because this site has no access to it.
Cookies and storage
This site does not show a cookie banner and does not run a consent manager, because it does not set the kind of cookie that would require one. It does not maintain user profiles, and it has no data-subject request portal, because there is no personal account data on file to request.
What a reader types
The only information this site holds beyond server logs is whatever a reader actually types into it. If no form exists on a given page, nothing is stored from that page beyond the automatic request log described above.
Links that leave this site
Register and Login links on this site lead to PK111’s own site, which this site does not control. Once a reader follows one of those links, PK111’s own privacy practices apply from that point on, not this site’s. The same is true of a link to a regulator’s site, such as PAGCOR’s own pages.
How long logs are kept
Server request logs are kept only as long as is needed for routine operation and security, such as spotting abuse of this site, and are not cross-referenced against any other source to identify an individual reader.
That is the complete picture: request logs, possibly anonymous aggregate analytics, whatever a reader types themselves, and nothing this site collects once a reader has clicked through to another site. Nothing else about a visitor is collected, stored or shared.
